Roy is a very thorough inspector. He spent 6+ hours in a house I was looking at. He got into every nook and cranny that he could and documented the issues he came across extensively. Towards the end of his inspection he did a walkthrough with me pointing out some of the major issues and answering any questions I had.
The report he sends is very detailed with around 60 pages of notes and pictures. I would recommend Roy to anyone in the northern/central Kentucky area!
